RP City Center is a Seattle-based company that owns and manages multi-family (apartment) investments on the West Coast. Traditionally, RP City Center has focused its investment efforts on the Seattle market within about a five-mile radius of downtown. However, diversification strategies and value opportunities led RP City Center to both the north side of Tacoma and the city of Palm Springs, California. As of 2007, 16 properties or 25% of the total portfolio are located in these two cities.
RP City Center has attracted approximately 100 unique investors. However, the majority of investors have invested in more than one property. In fact, 25% of RP City Center's investors have invested in more than two properties. Since inception, RP City Center and its investors have been involved in the funding and management of more than 80 multi-family properties.
Currently, they own and manage a combined property investment portfolio that exceeds $400 million in market value. Like other American entrepreneurs, their story is about vision, hard work, and sacrifice. Not only have their efforts resulted in financial benefits for themselves, those efforts have also created great wealth for the many investors who have co-invested side-by-side with them.

The John Alden Apartments is an 80-unit, single building, four-story apartment property in the First Hill district of Seattle. Built in 1924 from the design work of famed architect Henry Hudson, the John Alden typifies the warmth and character of mid-twenties design. Exterior details include textured bond, multi-hued red brick, masonry trim and detailing, ironwork shield-and-crest appointments and leaded-in pane windows throughout. Entry and lobby area fenestrations are further enhanced with stained glass windows or window inserts.
